How We Work
- No Fees. We are engaged by the employer. There is no cost to you for our services.
- Confidentiality. Unlike conducting a job search on your own, we can help keep your CV confidential and off the job boards. And, we will not forward your CV to anyone, even within our own network, without first discussing the opportunity with you and agreeing a course of action
- Getting Started. Getting started with us is as simple as submitting your profile. We will acknowledge and respond as appropriate.
- The Process. We take time at the beginning to understand your aspirations and agree a course of action. Because we know your market so well, we will be able to realistically assess your career options, and be honest about the best for you. Once an opportunity is identified we stay with you through the interview stages, helping to focus you on the key requirements and keeping both sides fully informed. At offer stage we act as an honest broker in trying to achieve a fair agreement between client and candidate. We'll stay with you through resignation and notice, and after you take up your new role we are always keen to stay in touch.
