Since 2001, MRI Worldwide in Malvern, led by Managing Partner Simon Mallalieu, has developed a strong middle to senior level executive recruitment niche within the European Consumer Goods sector. With over 20 years personal experience in marketing, sales and leadership roles in the sector up to Director level, spanning both blue chip and SME's, Simon has deep cultural insight to bring to the business. He personally leads his own assignments and develops his personal client and candidate network, as well as maintaining an overview of the total office workflow.

An important aspect of the office performance is our network of specialist researchers who can be used selectively in the early stages of recruitment projects, for example to better research a particular country or functional area.
